COME TOUR OUR FARMS!
See how food is grown and sugar is made...
sustainably and in harmony with nature.
Dear Guests,
Welcome to “Open Harvest” in sugarcane country! We hope you enjoy your time touring our farms and meeting our people. We appreciate you taking the time to see our sugarcane farming, milling, and processing operations up close.
Decades ago, our industry was proud to offer “Open Harvest” to our coastal friends and neighbors. We are proud to bring this tradition back as part of our Raisin’ Cane Tours. We encourage you to ask our team and employees about our farming operations, environmental track record, and our community involvment. This is your chance to get a better understanding of our people, our way of life, and how sugarcane farming in Florida employs more than 19,000 people and generates $4.7 billion for Florida’s economy.
Raisin’ Cane Tours is a joint effort by the Florida Sugar Cane League: U.S. Sugar, Florida Crystals and the Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida. We offer group tours for communities and organizations during our Harvest Season (October-March).
